The Office of the City Clerk is a repository of the transcripts of the proceedings of the City Council of the City of New York.

You may purchase an electronic version of any particular transcript for a fee of $20 by credit card or money order payable to the City Clerk.

You may purchase a printed record of a transcript for a fee of $1 per page by credit card or money order payable to the City Clerk.

City agencies may obtain a transcript free of charge.

You may obtain a transcript in person by visiting or by writing to the Manhattan office, located at Room 265, 141 Worth Street, New York, NY 10013.

Please include the month, day, and year of the stated meeting or committee hearing and the name of the committee when ordering.
