Extended Certificates for Foreign Use and Certificates of Non-Impediment require a two-step completion process after they have been obtained in our offices. Step one requires a visit to the County Clerk's Office in the same county as our office where you obtained the certificate (refer to locations below). The County Clerk will authenticate the signature of the City Clerk for a fee of $3. Please refer to each office location for the form of payment accepted.
