2013 Lobbying Calendar

Introduction

• Local Law 15 of 2006 and Local Law 23 of 2007 mandates the City Clerk utilize the same reporting periods as the New York Temporary State Commission on Lobbying, or any successor entity. 
• Effective January 1, 2008, the reporting periods were accordingly conformed to the six reporting periods of the New York State Commission on Public Integrity, the successor entity.

If any of the following dates fall on a Saturday, Sunday or NYC holiday, the filing must be received (i.e., certified via eLobbyist) by the next NYC business day.

Statement of Registration

Periodic Report #1 (lobbying activity from January 1 through the last day of February)

Periodic Report #2 (lobbying activity from March 1 through April 30)

Periodic Report #3 (lobbying activity from May 1 through June 30)

Periodic Report #4 (lobbying activity from July 1 through August 31)

Periodic Report #5 (lobbying activity from September 1 through October 31)

Periodic Report #6/Annual Report (lobbying activity from November 1 through December 31)

Client Annual Report (cumulative lobbying activity for the year)

The filing deadlines for such reports are typically the 15th day of the month following the end of the reporting period.  However, if the filing deadline occurs on a Saturday, Sunday or a NYC holiday, the filing deadline is the next NYC business day.
