In accordance with the Lobbying Law, every lobbyist is required to complete mandatory training. See New York City Administrative Code §3-219(h). All lobbyists must designate at least one officer or employee to complete mandatory training biennially. If a lobbyist identifies 30 or more clients and lists five or more employees on its registrations, two employees must attend training with our office every two years.
