Thank you for visiting the Lobbying Bureau, the section of the Office of the City Clerk that enforces New York City’s Lobbying Law. Officially established in 2006, the Lobbying Bureau works with lobbyists and clients to ensure compliance with the Lobbying Law to promote transparency in government.
Throughout the site, you will find information about lobbying including the Lobbying Law, Advisory Opinions, Announcements, Annual Reports issued by the City Clerk, information regarding filing Lobbying Reports and additional information concerning compliance with the Lobbying Law.
The website also contains a link to e-Lobbyist, the Lobbying Bureau’s online filing application system, the site through which lobbyists and clients file reports pursuant to the Lobbying Law.
For members of the public, Lobbyist Search, the public information database, can also be accessed through our website. Lobbyist Search contains data reported by lobbyists and clients since 1998.
