Please note that pursuant to § 1-03 (a)(3) of Rules of the City of New York, extensions in the filing of the statement of registration are permissible. Any request for an extension must be in writing filed no later than two business days before the filing deadline. In this case that date is this Friday, January 12, 2007. We, therefore, urge persons who are unable to file on time to request an extension in a timely manner. Please err on the side of caution. Such requests may be via fax or e-mail. Please note extensions are a courtesy granted only for good cause and at the discretion of the City Clerk.
